Capabilities

We want to please you the customer by making the machining process as quick and as accurate as possible so we like to use your drawing file to program your part. We can import many different types of files such as dwg, dxf, iges, solidworks, fm, and many more!  We can also use bitmaps and trace them to create usable geometry files.

We have heat treating capabilities for hardening tool steel that has a capacity of 18" x 18" x 16".

CNC Milling:

We have a Bridgeport Discovery Torq Cut-22 and a Bridgeport Ez-Trak DXII.  Both are very accurate and versatile. 

 

CNC Turning:

We have a Bridgeport EZ-Path with 40" between centers, a 16-1/2" swing over the bed and a 1.970" spindle bore.  This machine has many capabilities.

 

CNC Grinding:

Our Bridgeport Harig 618 EZ-Surf has 20" longitudinal travel, 6-3/4" cross feed travel, 11-3/4" vertical working height and a 6" x 8" platen work area.
